Heads up, we’ve got a wonderful new coffee coming this week. A bright and sweet cup that reminds us of cherry tart. We identified some notes of sweet melon, think cantaloupe or honeydew, and a really nice smooth finish.
This coffee comes from a small farm called La Quebraditas, in the Elias municipality of Huila Colombia. The producer, Juan Pablo Rojas grows this coffee on the steep slopes of his town outside of La Quebradita, in the municipality of Elias, Huila, Colombia.
We’d drink this coffee as a Pour Over or French Press.
