We've designed this coffee so that whether you're pulling 1:1 ristretto, or 3:1 Lungo the flavors maintain their integrity and complexity. 
Ideal extraction 20g +/- 2 grams in, 40 grams out, extracted in 25s +/- 5 seconds. You got this!
