This Guatemala is from the Ayarza Cherry Mill – located on Finca El Retiro at the border of Guatemala's Santa Rosa, Jalapa and Jutiapa departments. Grown on clay loam soil at an elevation range of 1800 - 2000 masl, this coffee is of the Yellow and Red Catuai, Pache Colis, and Red and Yellow Bourbon varietals.

Brewed, this natural process Guatemala boasts flavors of strawberry, fresh mandarin citrus, and milk chocolate with an incredibly creamy body for a sweet and balanced cup.

The region of Ayarza contains many legends and folklore surrounding its bodies of water. Rugged terrain and rich blue shades from the Laguna de Ayarza and Laguna Azul provide this region with its personality. To this day, the bottom of the lake has never been found!
